SMIC’s Student Handbooks give you clear, practical guidance to make the most of your time here. They’re also the official source for our codes, regulations, policies and procedures, so you understand your rights, your responsibilities, and the standards expected of every student.
SMIC’s Student Handbooks are a clear, easy guide for both domestic and international students. They cover course requirements, class timetables, tuition fees and refunds, academic policies, and the support services available to you.
You’ll also find help for getting started, including orientation, how to use Moodle and MySMIC, and how assessments, grading, and course progression work. The handbooks explain your rights and responsibilities too, such as the code of conduct, academic integrity, and policies for leave, deferment, suspension, or cancellation of enrolment.
Students are required to read the Student Handbook prior to enrolment.
